Intuition Consulting and Gridserve Sustainable Energy Ltd

Intuition Consulting was specifically tasked with supporting the Gridserve Executive in defining an HSQE strategy to align with a corporate objective of fostering a safety culture nudge and initiating the journey towards ISO 45001.

Working closely with the COO and CPO to launch and implement the strategy, aptly named ZERO Harm, our MD, Richard Bate, in his role as Interim Director of Safety, found the business attitude towards safety to be positive and refreshingly honest. Richard thoroughly enjoyed his nine-month consultancy role and remained a retained advisor for an additional three months, through September 2025, working with our good friend Alex McFarland.
