Intuition Strategic Consulting & (JAP) Birmingham Festival 2023

Intuition Strategic Consulting worked with John Adkins Productions to deliver an effective sustainability strategy for the 2023 Birmingham Festival.

From the outset of planning JAP & Birmingham City Council based their sustainability strategy and consequent objectives against its business sustainability policy and the post commonwealth games sustainability report. Intuition Strategic Consulting developed the strategy to focus on achievable deliverables.

Our consultant reported that in his experience, JAP are amongst the most proactive events delivery businesses in the events space. their focus is principally social sustainability; however, this does not detract from their commitments to ecology and the environment.

With social sustainability a priority for JAP and its unwavering commitment to education, diversity and inclusion, three students were invited to join the JAP event delivery team at Birmingham Festival 2023 to gain practical experience in a live event environment.

it is our consultant's opinion that JAP effectively translated their sustainability policies and objectives into achievable, realistic targets, which they have delivered upon and, in most cases, exceeded during the Birmingham Festival 2023.
